Gülay Ulas is the co-founder of GoBanyo. Every human has the right to wash himself. But not everyone is given the opportunity. Homeless people do not have a shower to use. Just like everyone else, they do have the need for hygiene and self-care. But they cannot afford it. Not even in Germany. Not in Hamburg either. But we have a solution for this problem, because: The GoBanyo shower-bus is driving to locations where showers are needed. The use is free of charge and the guests receive free clean laundry.



Gülay Ulas ist Mitgründerin der Organisation GoBanyo. Jeder Mensch hat das Recht, sich zu waschen. Doch nicht alle bekommen die Chance dazu. Wie alle anderen, haben auch obdachlose Personen ein Hygienebedürfnis. Öffentliche Duschen sind aber rar, kosten Geld und sind nicht einfach zu erreichen. Wir haben eine mobile Lösung für dieses Problem: Unser Duschbus in Hamburg fährt dorthin, wo gerade Duschen gebraucht werden. Die Nutzung ist kostenlos, unsere Gäste bekommen saubere Wäsche und Pflegeprodukte.
